I wasn't sure if this would be a good experience, based on some of the previous reviews, but I have to say it was all incredibly quick, easy and painless. Even over a long Bank Holiday weekend, I sent the phone off on Sat and had the stated amount from the website in my account by the end of today (Tuesday). I don't often write reviews, but this has been a very good service so should be given credit - I would definitely recommend to a friend. Less hassle than Ebay and better than having the phone sit in a drawer for years.
