bought a diamond and sapphire ring which cost almost £400. A diamond fell out and the ring was received by them to be replaced asap. This is now more than one week later and after numerous phone calls t0 them the are oblivious to what i am talking about. The ring must have been sub standard in the first place for a diamond to fall out. Just a note to say beware because once they have got your money they dont give a monkeys.

HI HAPPENED TO ME TOO ALSO BOUGHT A RING DIAMOND NOT CHEAP AND IT WAS NOT AS GOOD CLARITY OR COLOUR BUT THEY TOOK IT BACK IMMEDIATELY AND I SPOKE WITH THE PA TO THE FIRM HE SORTED THIS STRAIGHT AWAY YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO THE RIGHT PERSON TO GET FAST ACTION OR ONE OF THE OWNERS
