I HAVE ONLY EXCELLENT FEEDBACK TO GIVE ON THIS COMPANY.



NUTTALLS WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR MY ETERNITY RING REPLACEMENT. WE VISITED THE SHOP AND FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY AMIABLE AND ONLY TO WILLING TO HELP. I WANTED ORIGINALLY TO PURCHASE A PLATINUM VERSION BUT DUE TO THE COSTS, I DECIDED AFTER CONSULTATION TO PURCHASE THE SAME STYLE IN PALLADIUM. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THIS METAL I WAS ADVISED FULLY.



THE RING WAS MADE SPECIALLY FOR ME AS ADVISED AND ARRIVED FOR ME TO PICK UP APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS LATER. I HAVE JUST RECIEVED A VALUATION DOCUMENT AND EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ITS FINDINGS.



THE RING IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND THE DIAMONDS ARE EXCELLENT.



NO COMPLAINTS - JUST PRAISE.

I wasn't aware they had a shop; I thought they only traded from a commercial unit in Chester. Was this review written by a member of staff, I wonder?

I found this review not helpful because... you have to wonder when lots and lots of people give 1 star rating (there not being a No Star option)- then suddenly after a few bad reviews up jumps another 5 star rating all written in capitals again!!! I left a 1 star review and Nuttalls complained to the review centre and asked for it to be removed - it was only re-published when I could prove with correspondence how bad the company had been.
