Bought it and exchanged for quality issues. Pearls were not as good as claimed by Dower & Hall but price is as expensive as quality one. I understand this is not entirely John Lewis' issues but John Lewis is selling Dower & Hall with its reputation.
Well, the replacement is no better than the first one but it's acceptable. HOWEVER, it came with an unprotected plastic bag and the orginal jewellery packaging box was missing. This is a John Lewis fault, right? The worse thing is, John Lewis charged me twice and refunded me once for this replacement, ridiculous!
So my suggestion is, go to store straight away if you want to buy something and inspect your goods there instead of ordering it online and pick it up from a store.
