What's the point of having products, if they can't deliver according to their terms and conditions.
General Comments
I placed an order with Techtronics.com towards the end of February, but up until now, I am still waiting. Their order tracking system indicates that my order is confirmed, their email replies confirm same, but nobody can tell me when my order will be despatched. I phoned their customer services, the truth is they don't have any that you can get in touch with, so I am still waiting, despite having paid for the goods.
