I arrived at the Centauro office adjacent to Palma Mallorca airport only to realise that I had left my UK Driving Licence at home!

The staff were superb, they advised me that it was possible to get the DVLA in the UK to fax details of my Licence and they would accept it. I had never heard of this facility before.

They gave me the DVLA phone number and when my mobile refused to connect allowed me to use their phone.

The car was immaculate - and an upgrade.

I found their location far easier to access when returning the car than the complete 'dogs breakfast' at the airport when returning cars to the main car park there.

The shuttle is quick and easy.

FULL marks to Centauro.

I shall definitely seek them out in the future, without their help our holiday which relied absolutely on a car would have been wrecked.
