I have been banking with Nationwide B.S. for almost 20 years and class them as one of the more personable, efficient, friendly and helpful institutions. In the past I have banked with Lloyds, Barclays and the Halifax, all of which lack the positive side of banking.
My one criticism of the Nationwide is their telephone enquiry line. In the last six or seven years there has been a highly noticable lack of knowledge and training of the staff.
