I've had a couple of days in the last year (personal account) when the service was unavailable. Otherwise it's been very fast and reliable. Not sure why so many people seem to be having regular problems. The 3 month window to search statements IS a pain, and the sorting statements "most recent first" by default is crazy, but apart from that, I've been very happy with it. Clean design, some nice quick shortcuts for commonly used tasks like transfers.
