We were incorrectly sold a policy to upgrade if a fault was found, by Hotpoint.
The caller and websire make no mention of maximum age of 8 years old. Funny that.
Of course, much wriggling. However, the LFT114 dishwasher was given in compensation.
Incredibly rude engineer, who already decided before he came. Practically pushed my wife out of the way.
It does not look like the picture. It has no metal shell on it, just some felt at the top too.
Very flimsy, does not shut properly.
Incredibly stiff door.
It absolutely stank of vomit on arrival.
Customer service then transfers to Indesit, and now a different department as itis now a new machine.
If you want to waste hours of your life on the phone, passed from pillar to post, "It's not his department" rather than someone taking ownership then get and Indesit or Hotpoint.
Otherise steer well clear.
Point blank refusal to give money back.
Who needs the hassle in this day and age.
