I purchased a diamond ring from the Jewelry Channel believing I had a 30 day moneyback guarantee, in fact I had only 10 days from date of invoice. As the invoice was dated the date of purchase but the item took 8 days for delivery, this gave me only 2 days to get the item valued and returned if I wanted (which is what all the presenters keep recommending you to do for piece of mind), this is rubbish!! The item did not come in the rosewood box as shown for the Iliana item when purchasing but a cheap looking black velvet box. As a first time buyer I was very disappointed in service and did not have the piece of mind as promised, I now have to decide if to returm the item or get it valued and miss the 10 days return date, I would not recommend buying from the channel!!!
