Clean (me 44, girlfriend 31)

5 minutes walk from the bus station and only 2E airport transfer so dont bother with a cab.

10 mins from Siam water park which is 30E and awesome.

Standard charge for 1 bed apt 75E, we got for 28E a night a few days in advance at week before Easter 2011

Lift, balcony, good staff, good pool,not much for kids and very strict pool security. Food ok but a little expensive.

Must do:

Siam water park 30e

Masca gorge trek 44e

Volcano

I surfed at beach 10 mins from hotel and easy to hire board and wet suit. sea 20c and ok to swim but need warm day. 28c most days and 18 at night.

Perfect for couples 20 - 50, not so much for families and older people.
