I contacted fasthosts since 13/04/2011 to cancel my account.
I paid the last month of the 12-month contract and now I get no response from them. I think they are gonna delay it so that they will get my money and then say "oh so sorry, now you auto-renewed your contract".
I contacted paypal and I guess I will call my bank now.
