Absolutely top notch service from this bank for nearly 20 years. The staff are up to date with all procedures and accounts / interest rates and are quick to help and explain clearly. Their online banking is simple and safe and I would highly recommend them (and have done). The telephone banking is the best that I have used and the website is swift and simple.
