I have been horribly ripped off by Enterprise and will never use their service again. Obviously I will tell my friends to give them a wide berth.
For a tiny scratch on the rear bumper, which could have been fixed with a black magic marker, these nasty persons have charged me £100.
There are many, many similar small scratches on the car. I cannot believe that the company will have to pay £100 for every single one of those scratches; therefore the young woman at the Enterprise office is a barefaced not-entirely-truthful-person.
I wish I had known that Enterprise were so famous for ripping people off. What a bunch of dishonest persons.
