Very unhelpful, refused to fit a tyre to a supposedly " unserviceable" alloy wheel which had little more than slight pothole damage. Didn't offer any solutions and didn't seem particularly knowledgeable.

Got the tyre replaced elsewhere the following morning, the guy checked my wheel and said that it was fine to drive on and wouldn't cause me any problems, whereas the ATS guys refused to change it on the grounds "that it might go bang"

They didn't see a problem with sending me on my way with the damaged tyre still on my car though, which I'd have thought was a greater risk of "going bang" than the new one that I wanted to buy.
