Cranstar Holidays - Bude Holiday Park

We upgraded to the top of the range caravan at the time of booking and when we arrived, we were very disappointed. This was the first week of the 2011 season and although the caravan was old, which was not a problem, it was dirty, there were dead insects, spiders webs and mould. It was cramped for 6 people, the TV, tap, fire and oven were all broken. Curtains fell down and the shower was pitiful. The pool was shut, the entertainment left a lot to be desirfed and having been on on many caravan holidays, this was truly the worst site we have ever been to. Carry on Camping - no thanks! The morning after we arrived, we booked into a Haven site down the road and left. It was the best decision we made. If anyone is thinking of booking in here, think again! Haven and similar parks offer a wealth of entertainment and facilities and provide clean and spacious caravans for a similar price.
