I have never been more traumatised or disappointed in travel arrangements. If I could I'd be giving negative stars!

Booked flights and accommodation( 5 nights @ £500 per night- NOT CHEAP!!!) with Travel Republic and had paid for both. Subsequently, I was told that the flights are not available but that there would be no refund on the accommodation as this contract was undertaken through yourselves with another provider. I have never known accommodation to be confirmed and non-refundable if flights are not confirmed first. YOU have not fulfilled YOUR end of the contract. Customer service is absolutely pathetic...I'm still chasing. Nobody calls back when they say they would. Will NEVER recommend TRAVEL REPUBLIC to anyone and certainly NEVER use YOU again!!!
