Firstly the footrest broke within 3 months then had to wait for weeks after chasing TheSportsHQ (supplier) every week before they could obtain spares from China.

Now one of the bearings has broke and "The Sports HQ" cannot obtain the spare parts as its now out of warranty! So basically have to throw this one away and buy a new cross trainer :( - very very disappointed with product and the supplier.
