i bought tickets to travel in January unfortunatly due to severe weather the trains were cancelled. I am still waiting for my refund have spoken to 6 different people, had 2 e-mails sent and now i'm told its in the hands of southern trains! why was this not said before??? tried tele these only to find suprise suprise its a recorded message saying nobody available!!!! i will no way travel with virgin again try rail easy ot ticket line stay away from virgin trains they do NOT look after there customers.
