THE WORST BANK!!!
making it very dificult for my partner to cancel his platinum account even though he has been told previously he can do this by their work staff.
Also we used his account one day and I had already set up to put money in his account so it goes in within 2 hours. He rang up as he received a letter two days later saying he will be charged for going overdrawn. However he spoke to a lady over the phone who assured him that he hadn't got a charge as money had gone in and to ignore the letter. He received a letter today saying that he had been charged and the money came out of his account.
When he spoke to the manager on the phone, the manager also said that he could see that money went into that account that day however was still reluctant to give him his money back. I have never heard anything like it.
I am with HSBC, always have been and they are the best bank.
I've been with other banks that i am not too keen on but I prefer them over Lloyds TSB.
Prepare to be completely ripped off by Lloyds TSB!!!
