Thinkbanking is not a good account yes they are friendly but unfriendly . problem i had is that i opened an account then i moved i had to show my id's for new address of course i didnt have much. i provided what i had and asked if the bank could wait while my bt utility bill came through as they are quarterley and i would be on the bill as new at property.
but no i was told my account would be closed if i didnt produce this bill by a certain time knowing that the bill was going to be issued by a certain date i coldnt do nothing. BT also had a policy and i had to wait for the date of issue. Thinkbanking wouldnot understand this and decided my account would be closed. So i would not recommend this bank as i have had so many wasted telephone calls begging to keep the account open and they just dont listen all you get its policy procedures. So dont think the website looks good the bank is no good i warned you.................
