I was a regular drinker at cafe Nero which is fine if you drink in because if your order is incorrect then you can take it back, however beware if you order any takeaway drink the staff will only half fill your cup if you are lucky and the rest is froth, i have complained several times and the answer is we will give you a free coffee next time. How about giving me the drink i have ordered and a full cup as well after all nobody likes to be short changed.
