This is a fantastic service. It took me all of 5 mins to make a payment using hifx, my funds were received within minutes and they sent the payment the very same day. When I checked the account at the other end the next day, my funds had arrived. This is 4 days quicker than when I've used my bank. This is great but what's more is the rate I got saved me over £100.00 and there were no transfer charges....saving me a further £25.00. I was a bit worried about using an online service outside of my bank but when I phoned hifx they talked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier and I'm only sorry I didn't come across them sooner as I've been using my bank for years! Not anymore.
