“I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered...”

I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after I ordered it realising that they had the wrong delivery address. They said that they couldnt cancel it because it was already being processed, even though legally I have 7 days to cancel it!! But I was busy at the time and forgot to chance them up, since every email takes them 2/3 days to reply to. I had to wait 11 days for it to be delivered, then got their courier to pick up the item to be returned on the 14th day of the time limit. It has now been 13 days since the courier picked the item up and I have yet to hear ANYTHING from them. Not even a receipt that they got the dress and are processing the return at all!!
