I pre ordered a book for my sons birthday. It still wasnt with us 4 days after release so i emailed customer services who said i had to wait 10 days before i could make a claim.
After 10 days of it still not being with me i emailed them again, this time they told me i had given them the wrong address, i'd actually forgot to include my post code, therefore it's my fault the book hasnt arrived with me.
I'm absolutley disgusted with their responce and i'll never use this company again.
