You would have more chance of winning the lottery than getting your gear from this crowd,very unreliable and untrustworthy they lie to you on the phone when you call and tell you what they think you want to hear.Dont be fooled by the few good reviews on here as you can see most of the good reviews are from people who have actually gone into the shop,the companies mail order service is just a total shambles If you want to paet with your cash give it to a tramp on the street because you will get exactly what you expect from him...nothing... But at least you wont be disapointed.If this company are due you goods or cash I advise that you take the owner John Deacon to a small claims court and do not settle until the case is heard and it will only cost you £28 to raise a case,If you do decide to take a chance then pay by credit card as your card company will recover your money for you when it goes pear shaped and do not forget that any order that you place is covered by the distance selling regulations deitails of which can be found on the internet .

know your rights before you use this company as you will probably need to exersise them ,best advice would be to steer clear.
