Website can be slow and sometimes difficult to get around. Phone service is unhelpful.
General Comments
In January I ordered a new motherboard, memory, Duron 900 processor and fan which all arrived OK. I put them into my PC and added my old 56k modem but every time I got online the PC crashed. So, I phoned Ebuyer and got put on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally got thru and explained the problem, I was told 'Go online and use the Online Returns page.
So I (again) told them that the problem was that I couldn't get online, they just said 'Not our problem.'
I then checked newsgroups and found I needed a new modem instead, which I did and it's actually faster then the old one.
