Found the process for booking a holiday quite straight forward. However the online service for managing a booking was a little confusing initially. (When you click in to view your hotel booking, flight booking, car parking etc it was n't immediately clear how to navigate to different parts of the bookings, perhaps a breadcrumb would be useful or a clearer design.) Overall happy with the service and everything went quite smoothly.
