My first service proved lengthily yet average in the year of 2007. In 2010 Myself and a group of roughly 15 visited. To say the least the quality of food was terrible. It was a group visit that inevitably was not effectively catered for as others waited somewhat longer than necessary.

The company clearly employs workers for it's culture which shows no innovation what-so-ever for change. Un-polite management are the fault for a non-quality filled service and with their tone, lack of curtsy and clear objective to make PROFIT only,.. this is undoubtedly the main reason staff come across as unempowered and demotivated. Also the position of management for some proves unqualified. With a high staff turnover and main employees being related you can be commended for still actually being open.

To conclude I would not recommend this establishment, however if in Ballycastle do visit Margo's, O'Connors or The Pantry for a delightful service and AMAZING food that is ""VALUE FOR MONEY"" !!!!!
