I used iFlorist.co.uk to order Mothers Day Flowers, placing the order just over a week in advance. On Sunday then, I had to make apologies to my mum then when there was no delivery on the Sunday. Nor the Monday. I raised a complaint with iFlorist, they issued a refund with a cold apology a week later.
Further emails to them have gone unanswered.
Shockingly bad service.
