Mothers day bouquet arrived 2 days earlier than requested,well packaged very pretty but roses already going,had to throw majority out after a few days. Contacted Iflorist web helpline and was "attended" to by Pixie. What a helpful person,she arranged for a replacement and better one to be sent next day. Having dacided not to use the company again...Pixie changed my mind and I most certainly will. Many thanx Pixie

valentines roses delivered on time but already dead had to throw away,ive called helpline 8 times no joy just answer phone also emailed them numerous times get emails back with a ticket number reply to that and recieve another ticket number ,really annoyed now will try one more time tomorrow and see if i can get them to sort the problem out waste of money if you ask me on my part as its cost me loads listening to a answer phone
