I ordered Mothers day flowers for my mum from Iflorist I live in the US and so using the internet for ordering flowers has always worked well...until now. The first I knew there was a problem was an email sent on mothers Day afternoon. Apologies were offered but that the florists had run out of stock, but assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day, upgraded with an apology from them and a free box of chocs....It sounded like a reasonable effort to make it right...except next day nothing, no flowers. I sent another note...more apologies and take an additional 5 pounds off your next order (next order? Are they smoking something?)and once again promised delivery next day. Next Day came and went and still no flowers(Thursday). I wrote another email to customer service asking about a delivery date. I received the final email from iflorist this morning (April 8) FIVE days after Mother's day saying they had tried to allocate the order, offered florists more money, but no one would take the order and the best recourse was a full refund today and thanks so much for using iflorist. However, at the bottom of the email was a order requisition number and a refund date of April 4th, 4 days ago. So now this company blatantly lied to me again. My advise would be steer well clear of these people.
