I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They did not arrive and I received no communication from iFlorist to inform me that there would be a delay or if in fact the flowers would ever arrive.
When I contacted customer services they said the flowers were out of stock and offered an equivalently priced bouquet and an apology which I did not consider enough to make up for letting my mum down.
This was the first time I have used this company and I won't be trying again.
