why oh why must i give this company a star? surely no stars must be an option!



i took a membership, used it probably not enough, despite problems such as the pool heating failing, the cr8p showers, and the tv audio never working.

having had enough, i gave my 3 months notice to cancel along with my partner. they managed to cancel my partners account but not mine. i am now fighting the company to get back the money they took from me, i've lost count of the amount of times customer service have sympathised, expressed shock, assured me they'd sort it and get my refund and call me back. useless. not ONE callback has materialised, let alone any other action!



DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
