I have contacted this company who operate on behalf of an Employer, was looking for general advise that is not data protected and they advised they could not advise as I did not hold an account with them or pay a fee, I was sure if you contacted a Helpline they should be in a position to help, I feel so sorry for all the people who have given their hard earned cash to this company and have had nothing in return.

Yes I had same issues with them but have now left them, found a great company called Wirehouse employer service. Great advice and you get your own consultant no hidden indemnity clauses. Absolutely brilliant wish I had used them in the first place
