On the whole satisfied with my experiences. Any questions I had during the order process were answered very promptly and for the price I would say you are getting good value for your money BUT........



1. Check your invoice very carefully to make sure that what you ordered is what you expect to receive. They were going to replace the ordered 2 sticks of 2GB 1600 Mhz Ram with one stick of 4GB 1333 Mhz Ram for the same cost (£50 difference on their website)advising me that this was an "upgrade"

2. I had to tweek my BIOS settings (VCORE was set at 1.4v (too high), Operating system was set at 32bit rather than 64bit)

3. Once order is placed you may receive a call trying to get you to upgrade various components or take out additional aftercare cover at additional cost. For someone with limited or no knowledge of PC's this could be a bit overwhelming



Summary - Fine to deal with if you have at least a basic understanding of PC's and their components. Check your PC on receipt very carefully to make sure it matches what you ordered
