“I had used Insure and Go for 2 years (without a claim)...”

I had used Insure and Go for 2 years (without a claim) but was not going away last year so did not renew it in August. I went to visit some friends and when I returned, discovered that they'd taken the policy renewal fee straight out of my bank without my permission (sending me overdrawn)because apparantly they do this when you've been with them 2 years! It took me ages to get it back as well. Won't go with them again.
