Hmm this is a difficult one. Im only on day one of W8 to go diet, hence the low score at the moment. The porridge sachet is disgusting, but the curry noodles and veg shepherds pie are ok. I already miss normal food, but no pain no gain and ive ordered and got 4 weeks worth and have got to at least do the 4 weeks. However, I have started on the rapid course, so its bound to be harder. At 5ft 8, 14st 5lb and now officially obese, and going to be 40yrs old at the end of May, I seriously need to do something about my weight. I get out of breath easily. Im a single parent to 2 beautiful children and im all they have, so i have to look after my weight and health. Wish me luck.
