Same as everyone else on this site!!! tesco ins is ok until you make a claim.Been with them 2 years, had a accident and the car was not worth repairing, they said it would cost£3,700 to repair, the car was ins for £5,000 2 years ago fully comp, they however sent out a cheque for £2,500 within the week, and we said we where not happy with that how could we buy a car similar with that kind of money? the cars value is £4,400, they said they would send someone back out to access the car again, they didnt go back out they just searched the web sites and came up with one which was a year older, different shape, and different model, and it cost £3,295??? so where was i meant to get the rest of the money?? i am still waiting for them to get back to me !!! SO BE AWARE ALL YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE THINKING OF TAKING OUT A POLICY WITH TESCO!!!! YOU DONT ALWAYS GET WHAT THEY SAY !!!!
