Like a misled fool, I instructed the Bairstow Eves sharks to sell a house I was left in a will. They kept insisting I reduced the price & when I had reduced it by nearly £60k they came up with a buyer who wanted another 10% off the reduced price.



I refused the sale which did not make Bairstow Eves very happy bunnies at all, so I ended the contract, changed agents & within 3 weeks had two buyer's, one of which offered just over my full original asking price & we exchanged in 4 weeks.



Lesson learn't the hard way.
