- Took over 15mins for somebody to take our order. We had to basically drag someone over to take our order as we were not assigned a waiter.

- Food arrived quickly and was absolutely lovely, despite having been left for approximately 5 minutes on the side, despite chefs repeatedly shouting for service.

- Was rudely ignored when we asked for the bill after waiting approximately 20 mins after finishing our meal. Then we were snapped at for repeating our request. Following this, we then had to further nag in order to pay by card.

- Will definitely not be visiting Pizza Express again. Absolutely dreadful customer service, staff standing around chatting, tables full of nobody eating.
