Easy site to use,very reliable, usually the cheapest & you don't have to pay a fee. Not paying up front is even better. It would be nice to have some of the smaller guest houses listed, but perhaps that's their choice.

Have used it loads of times, but have never needed to use Customer Services. That's probably a good thing. I have noticed that sometimes when they say "only 2 rooms left", which I then book,there are still 2 rooms left weeks later. Why's that then?
