I put in my claim to recover PPI in October. I've had to do all the chasing. I called today for an update, said it's now with the FOS and could take another 6-9 momths!!! Website says claim back in within 8 weeks. I've got friends who claimed elsewhere after I did, they've had their money and spent it!Don't bother with these. Wish I'd read these reviews before. Would have saved me a lot of hassle.
