Just after a couple of years our machine started to lick and trip our electrics as well :-(((( Rang Tassimo customer care and they weren't helpful at all all they said i should descale it, how can i yet it trips my electris everytime i turn it on and i was told to purchase another one after spending £135.00 2 years back. My mum purchased one after us and has had to send it back because of various issues :-((( Having researched more about Tassimo, we aren't the only ones who suffer from this and it is an on going problem with Tassimo coffee machines. We wont be buying another one and we would not recommend it to anyone not good value for money. Not a happy bunny :-(((((
