On day of delivery the driver phoned to let us know when they would arrive. Upon arrival Luke introduced himself and explained how him and Luke were going to bring in the sofa after checking out the best way.

The sofa's were wrapped in a duvet type cover to protect it and my door frames. Before entering the house they put on lovely blue shoe covers to protect my carpets. Once in they removed all packaging and cleaned it all away before posisioning the sofa's where they were to go. Luke even offered to hoover.

Luke then went on to cover aspects of care, cleaning, and upkeep of the furniture which althuogh covered on day of purchase was helpful as he explained about `beating` the cushions to get rid of creases ect and keep it looking plumped and new. This was good as we hadn't had leather before.

I would use this company again and certainly recommend to others. I am sure i will enjoy my sofa's for years to come thanks CSL.
