I was amazed at the service. The staff were very informative and personalable over the telephone, and the website was very user friendly. I got numerous email updates on progress of the delivey, with the final one detailing a time slot of one hour. Needless to say the items were delivered within the slot. In all, I received a very helpful personal service, and seemless delivery and update service. I only wish that even a small percentage of the companies I deal with on a day to day basis operated as efficiently as Hanvens. A heartfelt thank you.
