have booked with this company many times over the last five years and they were brilliant. NOT ANY MORE !

prices on screen were prices you paid, baggage included the whole lot !

NOW WHEN YOU BOOK THEY RING YOU BACK AND SAY FLIGHTS HAVE GONE UP , HOTELS HAVE GONE UP, BAGGAGE CHARGES ADDED.

EXPECT TO PAY AT LEAST £300 POUND MORE THAN THE PRICE YOU SEE ON SCREEN FOR A HOLIDAY FOR 4 !!!!!

Have read your comments, and we have had the same happen to us from this company am vey worried about it all amd i dont fly for another 3 weeks with thomas cook. I will be sending this company an email once ive had my holiday. my partner said that they were very rude on the phone and kept us waiting for a long time on the phone dread the phone bill. Am hoping all will be well, they ven charged xtra for the transfer, how do thye get away with it anyway thx for tip
