Surprise surprise, all the terrible reviews are from "guest accounts" and all in close time frames - why do competitors have to try and trash reputable institutions? i've had this problem with my own company too, grow up.



Anyway my review is based on my REAL experiences with these guys, i have studeied 3 ICB courses, 2 from other providers and my first with open study college. i can absolutely confirm that what i received was a quality course and my tutor was fantastic; its like she really wanted me to do well and i felt encouraged by this.



it's such a shame you can't trust these review sites any more; i wish there was something that could be done about it.



they are deffo the best out of the 3 i used and the sage software i receive was the FULL VERSION which lasted for 6 months (plenty of time) so no skimping there either

Having experienced the Open Study College first hand, I would say that the terrible reviews are very representational of the service. I have left a review and didn’t use a guest account and I stand by my comments. They charge a lot for not very much. You can get the same CBT’s much cheaper elsewhere. Avoid.

I don't see why someone would waste their time writing a bad review unless they had a bad experience and all the less favorable reviews I've read on this site seem to offer very valid reasons as to why they were not happy with the service.
