Just returned from a trip which involved 6 flights with Thai Airways, an they were really, really brilliant. I'd not been looking forward to the hassle etc of air travel but they did everything possible to make the trip comfortable and efficient. Really helpful, polite staff, no queues at check-in, no delays, and - bonus - really tasty food! (I had the oriental veggie option and loved all 8 of the meals I received). Altogether, brilliant! The only thing that wasn't enjoyable was having to deal with Heathrow at each end, but you can't blame them for that...



Would definitely make them my first choice for future trips to the far east.
