i pre ordered the nintendo 3ds off dixons back in february fews days later i recieved confirmation by post and was rold that i will recieve a call a week before to take full payment i heard nothing so i sent email and got a response and was the told i would yet again recieve a call which i did the day before the release date but as it was my funds needed transferring so i asked for them to call me back and theythen left me a number to call so i could make payment which was fair. i rang back to make payment and no one was able to helpas even customer services did not know how to take payment so after numerous calls to dixons still had no luck have left many messages for a call back and have had no response i have even rang to get my deposit back but have still not recieved a call it has now been 1 week i do not rate them and after this experience will certainly not be using them again am still waiting for a refund on my deposit and a call back REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. have now purchased my item from elsewhere.
